my process
step 1: the complimentary consultation
The custom design process for an invitation suite starts with a complimentary consultation. It is best to schedule this 6-8 months before the event (however, I can easily work with tighter timeframes including an all-time rush order of 7 days!). I will gather your needs, wants, themes and budget and pair it all together to make you a suite that represents you and your event. We will review samples, paper and printing options either in person or via detailed zoom/facetime.
step 2: deposit and proofs
After a deposit is made, we dive deep into wording, fonts, layout and more to get you a first digital proof. Unlimited edits are available and we review and continue edits until it is perfection. Opportunity to obtain a physical sample is available as well.
step 3: production and final payment
When no more changes are needed and we are ready to submit the suite to production, final payment is required.
step 4: day of items
Now we can focus on other items such as menus, table numbers, escort cards, programs, signage and more.
